Construction & Door

Construction: Robust and rugged all-weld construction which is leak-proof, unlike riveted construction. Chamber and jacket are made of a thick plate of stainless steel of 316.
Hollow Load Test: Pass a hollow load (A) test (batch Monitoring System) High Vacuum compressor with recycling facility.
Door Type: Vertical sliding single/double door, fabricated from SS 316 quality material.
Door Sealing: Sealing is done through a movable silicon gasket pressurized by compressed air. Pressure gauge provided for gasket.
Insulation: Glass wool insulation ensures surface temperature < 45°C, has low thermal conductivity, and does not release particles.
Door Gasket: Silicon gasket, pressed against the rear face of the door by steam/air during the process to ensure the doors remain closed.

Controller: Fully automatic microprocessor controlled horizontal steam sterilizer.
Interface: PLC-based system with 4-5" color touch-sensitive LCD display interface.
Battery back-up & non-volatile memories.
Digital input/output controls, analog measuring inputs & ports for PC connectivity.
Password Protection: Multiple password access levels to control access/operation, preventing unauthorized access.
Printer: Equipped with built-in thermal printer.

Self-locking safety door – cannot be opened when chamber is under pressure.

Automatic process checking & failure correction.

Self-diagnosis with audio/visual alarms.

Heaters shut off if water falls below preset level.

Terminals & contacts housed in a watertight cabinet.

Electronic water saving control – condenses exhaust steam & prevents pollutants from entering water supply.

Alarms for: over temperature, pressure sensor failure, phase time out, doors not closed, power failure (<10 sec ignored).

Continuous self-checking of all safety devices, low water level, water in chamber, etc.

Steam Generator: Separate generator of suitable capacity, made of SS 316, fitted with all safety & control devices.
Automatic Water Level: Energizes the water pump and supply valve to ensure proper water level in the boiler drum.
Vacuum System: Electric multistage liquid ring vacuum pump ensures air removal during the pre-vacuum stage.
Temperature Range: Working temperature 121 °C to 134 °C.
Power: 440VAC, 50 Hz, 3 Phase.
Steam Quality: Condensate free 97-100 % saturated vapor, complete with piping, valves, and pressure relief, delivery at 50-80 PSIG pressure.

Air Filter: A disposable air filter is provided for filtering atmospheric air entering the chamber.
Programs: Designed to operate various programs. Apart from standard pre-programmed cycles, a special cycle can be programmed by an authorized supervisor code only.
Wrapped Instruments: Porous load at 134°C.
Heat Sensitive / Rubber / Plastic: Porous load at 121°C (working holding temperature 121°C to 134°C).
Test Cycles: Bowie & Dick test (7kg), PCD test, Leak test.
Modes: Equipped with pre-vacuum, gravity, and preferably liquid cycle (121°C Liquid cycle for liquids, no drying time).
Completion: Automatic cycling and drying, indicating completion both visually and audibly.

Internal Carriage: Sterilizers have SS 304 internal carriage/trolley.
External Trolleys: 2 No.'s External trolley/carts equal to chamber depth for easy loading and unloading.
Operation Manual: Provided in English at the time of machine supply.
Certificates: Calibration Certificate and Warranty Certificate included.
