- Construction: Robust all‑weld, leakproof construction. Inner chamber: thick Mild Steel or non‑magnetic SS 304/316L. Jacket: rolled steel.
- Door: Single door, rolled steel lined with SS sheet on both sides.
- Hydraulic test: Tested to withstand 2.5× working pressure.
- Steam jacket insulation: Asbestos sheet or glass wool, covered with strong painted rolled steel.
- Boiler: Thick SS plate, high‑grade ranged heating elements (water front side for easy replacement).
- Fittings: Water gauge glass, safety valve, water inlet, drain valves, Low Water Level cut‑off.
- Hydraulic test: All units tested up to 40 psi.
- Drain valve: Side bottom for easy draining / cleaning.
- Triple walled: Steam jacket + separate boiler. Sterilization cycle controlled by Multi‑port Valve.
- Power: 440 V, 3‑Phase A.C. Supply.
- Pressure gauge: Individual gauge for boiler steam pressure.
- Self‑locking safety door: Cannot be opened when chamber is under pressure. Triple safety.
- Low‑Water Level Cut‑OFF: Automatic pressure control device.
- Vacuum breaker: Breaks vacuum in case of condensation.

Insulation

Piping Package

- Sanitary tri‑clamp connections with silicone seals

- Drain lines & exhausts connected to a drain manifold
