GS-SSHR-450 Horizontal

  • Construction: Robust all‑weld, leakproof construction. Inner chamber: thick Mild Steel or non‑magnetic SS 304/316L. Jacket: rolled steel.
  • Door: Single door, rolled steel lined with SS sheet on both sides.
  • Hydraulic test: Tested to withstand 2.5× working pressure.
  • Steam jacket insulation: Asbestos sheet or glass wool, covered with strong painted rolled steel.
  • Boiler: Thick SS plate, high‑grade ranged heating elements (water front side for easy replacement).
  • Fittings: Water gauge glass, safety valve, water inlet, drain valves, Low Water Level cut‑off.
  • Hydraulic test: All units tested up to 40 psi.
  • Drain valve: Side bottom for easy draining / cleaning.
  • Triple walled: Steam jacket + separate boiler. Sterilization cycle controlled by Multi‑port Valve.
  • Power: 440 V, 3‑Phase A.C. Supply.
  • Pressure gauge: Individual gauge for boiler steam pressure.
  • Self‑locking safety door: Cannot be opened when chamber is under pressure. Triple safety.
  • Low‑Water Level Cut‑OFF: Automatic pressure control device.
  • Vacuum breaker: Breaks vacuum in case of condensation.
Options: PLC controller instead of digital controller +20% extra for double door

Insulation

Piping Package

  • Sanitary tri‑clamp connections with silicone seals
  • All non‑contact piping: SS 304 with argon welding
  • Drain lines & exhausts connected to a drain manifold
  • Pipelines have 2 % slope for full draining to prevent contamination
  • All pneumatic lines: polyurethane with aluminium die‑cast connectors

Valve Package

  • Process valves in contact with chamber: SS 304 contact parts with Teflon seat and tri‑clamp connections
  • All automatic valves: pneumatically actuated angle valves
  • Valves actuated by instrument air controlled via solenoid valves

Steam Accessories

  • Jacket and chamber provided with over‑pressure safety valve

  • Inside chamber & doors finished to < 0.8 Ra surface finish
  • All non‑contact parts polished to < 180 grit
