APPLICATION
GS ENTERPRISES have Comprehensive range of horizontal autoclave. Cylindrical Horizontal autoclave will be front loading and in Horizontal shape with triple layer with boiler. These high pressure front loading autoclave play important role in sterilization procedure required in hospital pharmaceutical companies ,biopharma and microbiology laboratories etc.
GS ENTERPRISES horizontal autoclave units are made of stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance surface. Triple walled construction ensure excellent level of safety. Boiler is fitted separately and connected to the chamber. The boiler with automatic low water cut-off.
Safety Lock for Door
Every horizontal sterilizer is fitted with SELF LOCKING SAFETY DOOR which cannot be opened when the chamber is under pressure. The clutch mechanism automatically disengages the threads of the Pressure locking system for precluding any eventuality of accident when the chamber under pressure. A heat resistant Neoprene Rubber gasket ensure steam tight fitting.
Pressure Control
Electrically operated “PIEZOSTAT” (Pressure Control Device) is incorporated in all electrically operated sterilizers. It economizes power consumption and limits the use of release valve which would frequently blow steam into the room. It cuts off the power supply to heaters when the set pressure is achieved and re-energies heaters when pressure falls down.
Switch Box (Control Panel)
Houses the Pressure control switch, digital temperature indicator, Main switch, Pilot lamps, relays etc. and mounted on the stand of the sterilizer for easy operation.
Sterilization
Complete sterilizing cycle is controlled from one point with the help of “Multi port valve” fitted at front top. Two speeds of exhaust are available for evacuating.
